Children's learning center provides quality child care to student/parents and provides a hands-on training opportunity for students enrolled in the early childhood education curriculum. The program serves approximately 100 students.

Office of student orientation, leadership and engagement supports of over twenty student-run clubs, committees and leadership activities; arts across campus, an initiative supporting fine arts and related music performances and art exhibits on campus; as well as providing social events for students. These activities and services were offered to over 4,000 full and part-time students at onondaga community college during the academic year. These student fee revenues also support phi theta kappa (ptk) national honor society on campus. Ptk's mission is to recognize and encourage the academic achievements of occ's students and to provide opportunities for growth and development through participation in scholarship, leadership, fellowship, and service.

New student programming supports new students as they enter onondaga community college. Initiatives supported in this area include an orientation program, a program designed to help incoming students connect with the institution and receive pertinent information to get them started on the completion of their goals, and "welcome onondaga", a program designed to highlight the beginning of each semester with both educational and engaging activities that connect incoming students to the institution. These initiatives have received positive feedback from participants through survey data collected and are continuing to be refined to strengthen their impact on students.

Enterprise services (lazercard) which is supported by administrative revenue, is the on-campus card services operation. This is used by students and employees as their main identification on campus. The campus id card allows access to appropriate areas and resources on campus and is used as a payment mechanism for meals and other expenses on and off campus, including vending, dining and laundry.

Student transit expenses support assisting students with transportation needs to help themstay on track of their academic goals. In conjunction with a suny grant received by thecollege, occ association provided a lyft voucher program to helps students obtain sufficient transportation to campus.
