Tournaments, events and community seminars focus on helping students or community seminars focus on helping students or community members challenge themselves to develop new skills or invest in themselves through focused practice. Seminars include women's self-defense , senior mobility and stress relief. Women benefited from the womens self defence sessions and programs. Children were involved in childrens community programs.

Advanced training programs taught by 4th degree or higher black belts focus on developing additional skills and helping students of all ages develop mental clarity and general physical condition.
