Open Democracy

Open Democracy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to open democracy. Open Democracy's mission is to promote open democratic processes and systems. This involves designing, implementing, and educating about such processes to allow anyone to participate in addressing issues that are meaningful to them and their communities and that strengthen overall community engagement. The purpose of this organization is exclusively for charitable, educational, and community purposes, as described in current Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
