Mission: we demonstrate the love of god by providing life essential services such as food, clothing, shelter, and emergency assistance to those in need. Vision: with god's provision, we are creating a better future for pettis county residents by meeting the need for food, clothing, and shelter, thereby improving the economic, social, and emotional stability for all we serve.

Sales from the thrift store help us operate and fund client services. Additionally, it allows us to give members of our community access to clothing and household goods at minimal cost. Volunteer staff contribute thousands of hours to the thrift store each year.

Our soup kitchen feeds around 75 to 100 individuals each day with a free and nutritious meal,served 7 days a week. We pride ourselves on the dignity we give to each person who steps through the doors.

Emergency voucher program - our service center provides financial assistance to patrons with immediate needs such as utility shut-offs, fuel or auto repairs, medical equipment or prescriptions, purchasing work clothes, and vouchers to purchase clothing from our thrift store. Additionally, we provide hotel assistance for families needing safe shelter.
