The organization's mission is solely to support the business operations of open hand atlanta, inc. The organization was formed pursuant to section 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code as a supporting organization as it relates to open hand atlanta's successful effort to obtain new market tax credit (nmtc) financing for its new campus facility in 2023.
