Senior meal program - the senior meal program serves low-income seniors aged 60+ lunch, monday through friday, at various locations in pleasanton, livermore, and dublin. All senior citizens in the tri-valley area are welcome to participate.

Community meals program - our community meal program is open to anyone in need, offering a reliable source of nutrition throughout the week. Guests can find a free, healthy meal in a dignified environment at our serving sites or meals can be taken to-go. Guests come from all walks of life and open heart kitchen has become a safety net to those in need during challenging times.

Kitchen project - during the fiscal year, open heart kitchen completed construction of its flagship food service facility, designed to enhance our ability to serve the community. The modern commercial kitchen is optimized for high productivity, featuring an open layout that allows for efficient volunteer management and food production.in addition to the kitchen, the facility includes a warm and welcoming dining space, with a dining room of over 3,100 square feet, capable of seating 100 diners at a time. Located within walking distance of downtown and major public transit routes, the facility is ideally positioned to serve clients. The facility is also adjacent to low-income housing, a shelter, and additional supportive services, further increasing our ability to assist those in need.

Open heart refuge - the open heart refuge is a 20-bed, low-barrier overnight shelter at the vineyard resource center in livermore, ca. The shelter is open seven nights a week providing guests with overnight shelter, breakfast, and dinner with access to laundry, showers, mailboxes, case management, and housing navigation services.

Street outreach - open heart kitchen's street outreach program delivers food directly to people who are unhoused, providing ready-made meals and breakfast bags to those without access to kitchen facilities. The program supports people in encampments throughout the tri-valley, focusing on ensuring their survival and meeting their immediate needs. We also distribute essential supplies for clients who are unsheltered.
