Mission
Open table's mission is to address hunger in our local community by providing healthy food in a welcoming environment that respects the dignity and diversity of those served. We achieve our mission by offering a wide variety of healthy and culturally appropriate food choices in our pantry and meal programs and by engaging a team of diverse, committed and passionate staff and volunteers.

Open table provided a record 25,146 household visits in fiscal year 2025. People facing food insecurity accessed healthy groceries and single-serving prepared meals at our headquarters in maynard, ma, through mobile programs in hudson and lowell, and through home delivery in acton, carlisle, concord, maynard, and wayland.
Open table added two new partnerships for its popular prepared meals "meals only" program in lowell. Because the meals only need to be heated, they make it easy for people to maintain healthy diets despite facing food and economic insecurity. We distributed more than 10,000 meals through these partnerships.
