Teaches mindfulness tools through movement & art practices that center people living with disablities.

Open Schools - Reached over 400 students across the 15 schools during the school day& engaged an additional 53 students in out-of-school clubs & camps, 43% of whom identified as having a disability. These programs create inclusive learning opportunities that support both personal growth & collective community building. The tailered yoga & mindfulness classes are offered in pre-K, school, & summer class settings, where they meet the physical, mental, & behavorial needs of each child. By fostering teamwork, self-awareness, & resilience in supportive group environments. Helps young people of all abilities develop skills that strengthen their well-veing & their connections with others.

Open Spaces: Provides spaces, resources, & conversations for the community to explore teh intersections of identity, disability, & wellness as pathways to individual & collective growth. Produced 11 livestreamed Sunday Safe Spaces conversations featuring 35 guest experts, reaching more than 2,500 social media viewers. These sessions were also archived & shared as podcasts, extending their reach to 12,300 YouTube viewers. In addition, 85 affinity groups were hosted that brought together people with shared identities to build connection & support. Beyond digital programming, relationships with affinity groups, pareents, schools, & community stakeholders are strengthened by participating in local block parties, family resource fairs, & collaborative initiatives addressing community needs. This work helps to bridge divides between people who identify as living with disabilities & those who do not, advancing our mission to increase belonging & quality of life for everyone.

Open Training - Delivers professional development for diverse audiences, including tailored mindfulness training, curriculum development, consultations on workplace accessibility & inclusivity, & an internationally recognized 200-hour accessible Yoga Teacher Training Certification, certified by the Yoga Alliance. 234 adult learners through 15 adult learning opportunities, including 60 Western PA superintendents. 5 new yoga teachers were trained, the 5th teacher cohort has been trained since the beginning of the program -
