Operation hope operates an all year round homeless shelter in vista, ca. The shelter has the capacity to house 45 individuals. In addition to providing shelter, operation hope utilizes case workers to assist residents with financial and legal problems, to help residents with resume building and job seeking, and attempts to place all residents in more permanent housing - all within any stated allowable time for them to remain in the program.
