To coordinate and harmonize the activities, functions and interests of the affiliated Local Unions of the Council of the OPCMIA. To aid and assist in the organization of all workers in their respective jurisdiction in compliance with Federal, State and local laws. To improve wages, hours, working conditions and improve health and safety practices of its members. To provide educational advancements for its officers and members of the affiliated Local Unions.
