Operation care is a christian ministry that seeks to provide for the physical, spiritual, emotional, and social well-being of people in need of a loving, compassionate environment in the name of jesus christ.

This program also includes a child-enrichment program that helps break the cycle of poverty by providing sheltered children with tutoring and other life-enriching experiences.

This program includes emergency food, clothing and household furnishings assistance to people facing crisis situations such as flood, fire, and joss loss; a thrift store that provides low-cost, quality merchandise at affordable costs; and a community christmas event that provides blankets, hats, gloves, toys, age-appropriate literature about the true meaning of christmas, and a food basket to children from financially disadvantaged families.
