To provide support, assistance, counseling, and advocacy for inmates of the tompkins county jail and for individuals in tompkins county recently released from jail.

College initiative upstate is a learning community of educators, students, and volunteers who are working together to build pathways from criminal justice involvement to college and beyond.

Prepared residences with the intention to provide transitional, low-barrier, affordable housing for formerly incarcerated individuals committed to sober living. In 2023 the organization operated two residence programs in collaboration with local organizations, ithaca neighborhood housing service inhs and ultimate rentry opportunity uro.
