Energy Programs - Energy conservation measures to conserve the amount of energy used by low-income families through the improvement of their homes heating efficiency, as well as through education in ways to permanently reduce energy consumption. Priority is given to high energy consumers. Primary heating costs are also subsidized through fuel assistance programs. These services benefitted over 2,162 households.

Emergency Food and Shelter Programs provide aid to persons in acquiring basic necessities, as well as helping them access resources within the community to provide emergency food and shelter, and mid-term assistance to families and individuals to mentor, train, and re-house those in extreme need. Emergency services were provided to 2,372 individuals.
