The Low-Income Home Energy & Weatherization Assistance Program: Help Families with low income to have heat during winter heating months, weatherize their homes to improve energy efficiency, assists with repair to Non- working heat sources and assist with other emergency Housing assistance/Rent services. These programs assisted 218,945 individuals in 2024.

The National Farmworker Jobs Program: Provides employment related services to eligible seasonal migrant farm workers and their families in Washington State. It is estimated that the program has assisted about 3,000 individuals in 2024.

The Workforce Investment Act, Youth Build, Building Bridge, and High School Equivalency(HEP): Provide young adult services in Yakima & Grant Adams Counties (a customer-driven program). The goal is to complete education , prepare for post-secondary education, get their GED, and attain occupational and construction skills to gain employment. It is estimated that 99 individuals were assisted by the programs in 2024.
