Oradell Free Public Library Foundation Inc

(1) to operate for the benefit of the oradell free public library which, as a government unit, is an organization described in section 509(a)(1) of the internal revenue code, and (2) to further the charitable purposes of the library, including but not limited to (i) carry out fund raising activities for the benefit of the library; (ii) receiving on behalf of the library gifts and bequests; and (iii) making grants to the library.
