Mission
Our mission is to train people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities for success in life and work. We provide life empowering services to more than 450 adults with disabilities including employment, education, housing, case management, advocacy support, independent living support, and transportation.
Programs
5 programs
Creative choices: supports around 120 disabled adults in day program activities on site and in the community.
Transportation: provides transportation to and from the program facility for around 170 participants.
Community employment: assists about 90 disabled adults in obtaining and maintaining employment and independence in the community.
Life unlimited: supports around 40 profoundly disabled adults in day program activities to enhance sensory and mobility experiences.
Family connections: provides services to about 15 disabled adults living in family homes.
