Improve quality of life of oc residents impacted by mental illness through direct services, advocacy, education & information dissemination. Programs follow psychosocial rehabilitation, wellness, & recovery model which builds upon client strengths & encourages client choices.

Homeless services program: the program provides a multi-service center offering services to the homeless mentally ill, including prepackaged snacks, showers, access to mental health/medical services, a variety of support program, educational groups, rehabilitation opportunities, veteran services, and veteran enrollment. The center is open 365 days per year. The program also provides an outreach program, back-to-work program, housing program and an intensive case management program. There were 5,773 individuals served.

Wellness center: the wellness center provides a safe and nurturing environment for each individual to achieve his/her vision of recovery from mental illness while promoting acceptance, dignity, and social inclusion. The programs provide peer-to-peer support and community integration, offering an array of groups and resources to increase the wellness of the community of orange county. Activities include art, cooking, gardening, and life skills classes. Services offered include housing, employment, and peer monitoring. There were 695 individuals served.
