Orange County Public Facilities Corporation

The Corporation has its own five-member governing body appointed by the County's governing body and provides services entirely to the primary government, the County, through the purchases, construction or leasing of land and/or facilities, which are then leased back to the County. The Corporation is in the process of being dissolved.
