Monthly programs: monthly membership educational workshops and events with industry related speakers providing information on upcoming transportation projects. Members and attendees pay a luncheon fee with the net proceeds contributing to the organizations various industry promotional activities and scholarship program.
Girls engineering day: event to introduce middle school and high schools girls to a variety of transportation engineering-related careers.
Mentoring program: activities designed to foster professional development and network building in the transportation industry
Scholarships: provide funds to wts international foundation for scholarships awarded to women in southern california to allow them to pursue careers in transportation.
