The candidates submit an application in the spring and the scholarships are distributed in the summer directly to the school. Amount of the scholarships are determinded by donations, aswell as, investment earnings. A committee reviews all applications, interviews each candidate, makes the selections of those to receive the scholarships and communicates with the scholarship winners. This year we had one applicant who was selected as worthy to be awarded a total of $6,000.00.
