Oregon Conservation Education & Assistance Network

NRCS Training Program. The association received funding from the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to develop and maintain a database to help NRCS and soil and water conservation district employees stay current on their professional certifications.

Operations is the program charged with executing the planning and organization of education and training for the soil and water conservation districts of Oregon and affiliated partners. There is a board of 11 members elected to the organization. They coordinate education and training for approximately 400 people annually.
