The oregon liability reform coalition has been established to promote educational awareness and public policy to reduce the adverse impact of litigation on businesses, taxpayers and society; to limit the expansion of tort liability; to reduce the cost of defending lawsuits; to speed resolution of civil actions; and to improve the fairness and certainty in our civil justice system.
