Strengthen the organizations capacity to support community partners in addressing social and economic needs that impact health and well-being including housing, nutrition, and outreach. Services include rent and utility assistance (up to six months) , tenancy support, and navigation to food, healthcare, transportation, and other resources promoting stability and self-sufficiency.

Support community-based organizations addressing the unmet needs of immigrant and refugees to Oregon through short- and long-term wraparound services such as shelter, case management, and safety support

actively promote the Portland Parks & Recreation Yard Tree Giveaway program throughout the contract period using approved materials and its communication platforms.
