Oregon Women Lawyers

Produced a quarterly newsletter, the "AdvanceSheet" which was distributed to member lawyers, member judges, and law students. Distributed electronic newsletters to membership, listing OWLS events, educational and networking opportunities, and member accomplishments.

Coordinated the Contract Lawyer Referral Service, which provides referrals for contract lawyers.

Supported seven local chapters throughout Oregon which organized professional networking activities, CLEs, educational and support events for member legal professionals. Provided networking opportunities with all three Oregon law schools.

Operated listserves for membership and affinity bar leaders, providing promotion of accomplishments, referrals, mentoring, educational and networking opportunities.

Provided networking and educational opportunities for new admittees, new lawyers and law students. Continued First Generation Professionals Discussion Group. Held online educational forums. Continued Take Your Kids to Work Day. Engaged in philanthropic activities including the Coffee Creek Correctional Institution Book Drive and clothing drives. Collaborated with local state court to provide wedding ceremonies for "Love Day".

Celebrated recipients of the Justice Martha Walters Award, Katherine H. O'Neil Volunteer Service Award, and the Roberts & Deiz Award.
