The Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals, Inc. ("OBAP") is a nonprofit organization whose primary mission is to motivate today's youth to become educationally prepared for life, to increase minority participation in aviation through exposure, training, mentoring and scholarships; to improve the representation of minority professionals in aerospace and related industries and to better assist our organization, membership concerns and constituencies.
