Mission
To promote a positive clothing-optional experience at all properties; preserve the viewshed including land acquisition; and to protect natural, wild, agricultural, and historic resources in the northern san luis valley.
Programs

Natural resource conservation, protection and land stewardship orient land trust protects over 2200 acres of land and acquired new lands in 2024. Olt protects riparian areas, indigenous species and eliminates invasive weeds. The reservoir and menders at the ranch are home protecting endangered species of fish.
Educational programs olt provided educational tours with visitors participating in astronomy, bat, hydroelectric and geology programs. Thousands of guests participated in these programs in 2024.
