Orlando Center for Justice, Inc.s mission is to bridge the access to justice gap in Florida for newcomers by helping these underserved communities navigate the legal system through education and innovation.
Programs
2 programs
Our bridges direct legal services program for low to moderate income individuals is for those who may not qualify for traditional legal aid nor afford a private attorney and when there are no separate grants to assist these families. This year we served 770 people and also provided 8,370 dollars of pro bono legal services under this program.
Our outreach program supported 37 clinics and community events throughout the year. This includes the hello project which provided 307 legal orientations and 12 self-help legal clinics serving 218 people.
