Mission
The OTR Foundation provides classes and projects for at risk youth in Pueblo predominantly on the Eastside where drugs and gangs are in abundance We also host community events in our yard and on our outdoor stage for the community to enjoy local music The Foundation also runs a local Low-Powered radio station 985FM KOYC Radio serving Pueblo where we host a variety of community shows including youth programs and a story time twice a week for children
