Our Justice

Our justice's advocacy program devoted considerable resources to improving the sustainability for independent abortion clinics in minnesota. This included advocating at the state level for an increase in state medicaid reimbursement rates for abortions, improving the administrative process for abortions through state medicaid, lobbying for one-time funding, as well as providing technical assistance to clinics.

Our justice continued its deepening engagement with its community through emerge, our post-abortion support group that provides an affirming space for people to talk about their abortions and center the importance of bodily autonomy, as well as through our presence at innumerable community events throughout the year.
