To develop and preserve quality affordable housing for living in st helena.

For 963 pope, with our partner, napa valley community housing, we made substantial progress securing all loans required for the four-unit 963 pope street affordable rental project.

With our other development partner, burbank housing, we submitted a development application to the city of st. Helena for a 40-unit, affordable, multi-family rental project currently called fountain court.
