Outer Continental Shelf Advisoryboard

To further the education, knowledge and communication of outer continental shelf land professionals (as defined in the certificate of formation for the association and herein, collectively, ocs professional landmen or, individually, an ocs professional landman) concerning current or anticipated issues, problems and opportunities that confront or are being experienced by, or that are anticipated to be confronted or experienced by, the oil and gas industry in the exploration for and the development and production of oil and gas from submerged lands on the outer continental shelf.
