Programs
1 program
Enrichment programs assist member of our community who are dealing with vision loss to learn new ways to overcome their challenges, acquire new skills, gain additional confidence in their capabilities, and experience greater personal independence. The programs also help the public to better understand the needs of the visually impaired creating a more inclusive community. Outlook offers a continuum of donor-funded programs within these core functional themes: individual training on adaptive technology to help the blind use computers, smartphones and tablets, magnification and braille devices; recreational activities supported by adaptive sports specialist; participate in art and craft activities; and educational events to help our community members better understand the capabilities of our blind neighbors.
