Outpatient substance use disorder programs: provide evaluation, assessment and treatment to adolescent and adult substance abusers or referral when appropriate, to other substance abuse disorder and mental health facilities. Also provide ambulatory outpatient individual, family and specialized treatment services to adolescent and adult substance abusers and their families(47,882 units of services were provided in fiscal 2024).

Women and children servises program: provide evaluation, assessment and treatment, to women with substance use disorder problems and their children, in an intensive outpatient day-reab setting, or referral when appropriate, to other substance abuse disorder and mental health facilities.(4949 units for service were provdied in fical 2024).
