Ovation Performing Arts Theatre

The Corporation/Organization is established within the meaning of IRS Publication 557 Section 501(c)(3) Organization of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and shall be operated exclusively for the enrichment and empowerment of youth through theatrical productions, classes, and training in singing, dance, acting, and other facets of theatre such as costuming, prop or set design, or lighting, and the appreciation of art and reinforcement of cultural values in our youth actors and the audiences for whom they perform.
