Programs

1 program

As one of only two professional summer stock theatres in rural missouri, oat has produced more than 70 quality professional theatrical shows, including drama, comedies, full scale musicals and musical reviews for several communities located in south central missouri. Oat achieved status as an equity small professional theatre in 1989 and is affiliated with the national union of professional actors and stage managers. In recent years, oat has developed a winter season that showcases various other performing arts groups from around the state and has produced its own holiday show. Oat also serves to draw tourists from around the state and beyond through active tourism programs, hosting several touring groups each summer for the summer stock program as well as the holiday show.
