The organization's primary exempt purpose is to protect and manage natural areas in the n.w. Arkansas region by assisting public and governmental agencies in educating the public about the benefits of natural animal and plant ecology, conducting research and other studies pertaining to the natural and cultural resources of natural areas, and providing land stewardship services for natural areas.
