The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable educational and scientific purposes including but not limited to supporting learners in schools in rural and slum areas of Kenya to improve life and academic outcomes. The Corporation may engage in any activities in furtherance of such purposes which may lawfully be carried on by a corporation organized under Chapter 180 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth and which is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code as amended or corresponding provisions of any subsequent federal tax laws.
