Aquatic program: aquacise is a water exercise, a light to moderate aerobic workout in shallow water, each class begins with a prayer to center themselves. The participants gain the health benefits of exercise, but they also build a community of support and fellowship. These programs can increase cardiovascular endurance, core strength and flexibility. Aquatic exercise benefits everyone, but especially those with joint-mobility deficits and/or those compromised with land exercise challenges.

Ropes course: pallottine renewal center (prc) developed a low-ropes course on our 83-acre campus to benefit community members. A challenging outdoor skills course will invigorate and renew participants, foster personal development of character, build communication and conflict management skills, develop team collaboration and enhance essential leadership skills.

The prc studio: renovation has been made on a portion of the prc studio and has been open to certified instructors who lease the space to offer healing modalities of mind, body, and spirit. Classes include meditation practices the enable participants to meet each moment of life with unshakable peace and well- being. This practice has been used to treat conditions including chronic pain, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety and ptsd. A varitey of yoga classes are offered, incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening. We will continue to develop programs that support the community needs and are aligned with our catholic identity. Pool lease: pallotine extends offering of the healed indoor private pool to local non- profit organizations that serve the community.
