Field Director's Work - The field director coordinates trapping, transporting cats, works with colony caretakers, responds to all citizen calls, domesticates trapped kittens, works closely with the feeding team leader, orders and delivers food.

Cat Population Control - Fertile cats are identified when kittens are observed, or new cats recognized when they appear at the feeding stations. These cats are trapped, vaccinated, sterilized, and returned. The success of our program is based on all cats being spayed and neutered so there is no population growth, and that population decreases through natural attrition and old age. Our goal is to eventually have no free roaming cats. The evidence of the program's humane success is that the population is now 50% lower than when we started 14 years ago.
