The purpose of the palo verde elementary school parent-teacher organization (pto) is to promote the welfare of children and youth in the home, school, community and place of worship. The pto emphasizes the development of united efforts between educators and the general public to secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social and spirtual education.
