Pan american round table 1 shall give a scholarship to one or more graduating seniors from a brownsville high school. These seniors must be u.s. Citizens and reside in brownsville within the boundries of brownsville independent school district. They must be in the top 10% of their graduating class, have either a sat or act score and must have been accepted by a college or university in texas.
