To advance educational and scientific opportunities and methodologies in fields of study that are underdeveloped, but vital to the economic development and livelihood of the local geographic area of southern indiana. A targeted outcome is to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem specifically aimed at developing new scientific technologies in the energy and agricultural industries, which would retain knox county, indiana youth, combat community deterioration thru the creation of new jobs, and ease governmental burdens of maintaining a public building, providing education, and creating a culture of economic development.
