To sponsor, initiate, and implement educational and research programs, in connection with the wholesale and distribution of paper, plastics, and related products; to provide financial support to educational institutions in furtherence of research and education to wholesale distribution and to award scholarships to individuals related to the field of paper and plastic distribution.
