The corporation is organized exclusively for one or more charitable, literary and education purposes with the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and without limiting the foregoing purposes, in particular, for the following purposes:to further the arts and to promote education and public support for and enjoyment and appreciation of the arts, in particular arts on and of paper and the art of fine printmaking by: (1)establishing and operating a community studio for printmaking and other art works on paper; (2)providing a facility for and offering classes, workshops, and educational programs about printmaking and related arts to the community; (3) providing use of professional printmaking equipment to the community; (4) establishing and operating a fine arts press; (5) sponsoring and or conducting printmaking workshops, fine art exhibitions, and educational programs about printmaking and related arts, both on its own and in conjunction with various institutions.
