Mission
Papillon haven rescue was organized to prevent cruelty to papillons and other small dogs. Provide alteration to prevent over breeding, to provide medical care, rehabilitation and socializing, and to find temporary and permanent homes for the dogs taken in by papillon haven rescue. To help with this effort, papillon haven rescue provides educational programs on the proper care and maintenance of papillons and small dogs.
