To furnish full representation to all of its members in matters regarding their wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment and all other matters relating to their general welfare. To promote friendship and to provide for the general welfare of the members and their families. To assist wherever possible in all matters pertaining to the efficiency of the paradise police dept. To advance the police profession through academic and vocational training. To assist wherever possible in all matters pertaining to the well being of the communtiy.
