Research and development: we conduct ongoing research to understand, improve, and create relevant programs for women in church planting.

Global growth: we maximize the number of women we reach by starting local "movements" of parakaleo, in collaboration with church planting networks. We train women in their networks, develop their leaders, and provide seed funds to under-resourced movements.
