We sponsor, produce, present, promote, and collaborate in the presentation of music concerts, plays, art exhibitions and special events to benefit our local counties and communities. Our programs include theater, dance, music, fine arts & other cultural activities & related workshops.

Phv also hosts the peekskill film festival (pff) that screens a first rate mix of features, shorts, documentaries and animation.
