Pen's mission is to support parents in raising healthy, happy humans. Pen takes the fear, shame, blame and loneliness out of parenting by surrounding them with a community of experts, other parents, and quality information & resources so that they never feel alone throughout their parenting journey. Pen programs focus on 4 key initiatives: (1) building resilient families, (2) reducing stress & anxiety, (3) preventing youth substance use & abuse, and (4) raising kids in a digital age and are delivered through presentations, workshops, pen's parenting well podcast, and our annual reducing stress & anxiety conference.
