To advance effective parent engagement through information, education and advocacy. The parent information center of delaware, offers one-to-one assistance, learning opportunities, problem solving and skills training to biological and foster families of children age birth to 26 with the broad range of disabilities with a focus on serving families that are low-income and limited english proficient. Each year parent information center of delaware serves upward of 2,334 families. Parent information center of delaware's services are statewide, free of charge and offered in english and spanish.
